Just when you thought there was nothing new to look at Makeshift presents: Telling Tales, an exhibition of painting and illustration in a variety of playful styles at the Wall Gallery in Mackelvie St, Ponsonby.
Telling Tales features the work of Jake Hope, EDMO! and thisisrabbit, three Auckland-based artists and members of the collective Makeshift family. They describe it as an exhibition of “characters, capers and comedowns”.
Telling Tales opens on the 31st of August and will run until the end of September.
